A young perverted lifeguard filmed young Nakked girls baring their B00bs as they got ready to go for a swim.
Identified as Thomas Kennnedy-Dack, he was arrested after his toes gave him away when he poked his long lens under cubicle walls.
According to Daily Star UK, the dirty-harry was arrested thanks to his grey trainers, after a girl who saw him fleeing, identified him by his footwear.
Kennedy-Dack, 19, was spared jail after he confessed to Great Yarmouth magistrates that he was ‘deeply ashamed’ of his actions.
Kennedy-Dack had filmed the teen girls – between the ages of 14 and 17 years old – at Cherry Tree Holiday Park in Burgh Castle.
He was caught after a 15-year-old school girl noticed a flash from underneath the cubicle as she undressed.
She screamed and he fled from the changing room, deleting the footage from his mobile phone.
She told staff and picked him out by his grey trainers.
He was immediately suspended and later resigned from his role as a lifeguard at the holiday park.
Police searched his phone but footage of the girl could not be recovered.
However, three identical videos were found, all featuring girls estimated to be aged between 14 and 17 years old.
In a victim impact statement, the 15 year old said, “I feel like things have changed for me and I cry every day.
“I cannot concentrate and this has put me behind in my GCSE studies.
“I feel sadness and despair and since your D!sgust!ng actions my confidence has been deeply damaged.
“When you look back to the point of realising you have ruined your life, realise that you have ruined mine too.”
The victims father said Kennedy-Dack had caused his daughter to lose trust in adults.
James Hartley, defending, said Kennedy-Dack was deeply ashamed of his actions.
“He vows he will not offend again and apologises for his actions.”
The chairman of the bench, Christopher Bowles said: “You were in a position of trust and your actions can be considered to have been done in a place of safety for the victims, who were young and vulnerable.
“A great thing for you to take on board is the fact your victim has not asked for any compensation, as it would have been awarded in a reasonable amount.
“We are astounded by this young ladies courage.”
Kennedy-Dack admitted four counts of voyeurism and was given a 14-week jail sentence, suspended for 18 months with a £115 surcharge and £85 court costs.
He must do 150 hours unpaid work and has been placed on the s*x offenders register for seven years.
